The Professional Development Leader programme will help you support wider STEM issues across a MAT or within a single school. You will discuss working effectively and clearly with senior leaders, how to deal with challenging consultancy situations and discuss the role of mentoring and coaching. Aimed at Lead PDL with experience of school improvement.

This course is for teachers and other educational consultants who want to be accredited as Senior Professional Development Leader via our CPD Quality Mark
You should have already been accredited with Lead level before completing this course.
The Professional Development Leader Programme is our flagship approach to recruiting and developing suitable Professional Development Leaders for a teacher and school-led national CPD programme.
This stage is aimed at experienced lead Professional Development Leaders with extensive experience in delivering CPD across a range of contexts.
It will further develop skills built across the first two stages, while moving you to a position where you can work effectively with senior leaders and governors to facilitate change across a range of CPD contexts and provide strategic direction. You will also be able to develop and expand the skills of coaches. Your experience will potentially move you from local to national leadership roles within STEM Learning.
Successful completion of this course will result in the accreditation of our Senior Professional Development Leader CPD Quality Mark.
