Plan effective sequences of science lessons for students with SEND in mainstream settings
Summary
This course will explore how we can plan learning sequences to adapt for SEND learners in mainstream science classrooms. We will consider how neuroscience helps us to consider learning and how this might help us to plan learning in science lessons which address pupil learning need. This will include reflecting on how science learning can be chunked and what skills it is important to develop for learners with SEND to build understanding and feel successful in science lessons.
