Balancing the equation: a study of women and science and technology within F.E.

This document is a report of a project commissioned by Further Education Unit (FEU) from the National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER). The report examines and suggests ways in which further education (FE) staff can help in overcoming the low participation of women in science and technology and industry, especially at technician and craft level, and in encouraging progress and attainment within these non-traditional fields.
